Repairs

  • We highly recommend you speak with our tech support department, prior to returning unit, to see if a simple on-site solution may be possible. 844-874-2532 X3
  • Please contact BrandMax customer service This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. for a review authorization number. Please let us know model number, serial number, description of issue and where the unit is to be returned. We will respond with RA# and confirm address of where unit is to be sent.
  • Please be advised RA#’s are for your records only, we track all units by serial number only.
  • You will be responsible for the shipment, freight charges and protective packaging to ensure a safe journey to our facility. Ultrasonic cleaners are delicate electronic machines and need to be adequately protected during shipment. We strongly advise purchasing shipping insurance to protect your investment. We will not be responsible if our inspection of the unit shows any damage occurred during shipment or prior.
  • Proof of purchase is required and needs to accompany unit.
  • Please include paper work to show all pertinent info provided to Customer Service. A copy of the RA authorization email will suffice for units coming directly from dental clinics and end user accounts. For our distribution partners, please include repair PO#.
  • All incoming units will be thoroughly inspected and tested to verify condition and reported issue.
  • Once our inspection and testing is completed we will determine if the solution is covered under warranty.
  • If the solution is covered under the warranty we will repair and send back to you in approximately 1 - 2 weeks. Paper work will be included to confirm any problems found, solutions, and how to keep problem from happening again.
  • If the solution is not covered under warranty we will send an estimate. If information is sent to our distribution partners we will require written approval as well as a purchase order to proceed. If we are working directly with our valued end user customers, we will require a signature approving the estimate and processing of credit card for all repair charges in order to proceed. All estimates can be declined and we send the unit back un-repaired at the address provided.
  • BrandMax always reserves the right to repair as a first and only option versus replacing a machine.
  • If unit is repaired, we will send back in factory certified good working condition.
  • We reserve the right to modify this program and/or requirements without prior notice.

Limited Warranty - Effective October 1, 2016

  • 1 / 2 warranty. 1 year limited warranty on ultrasonic parts and electronics. 2 year warranty on transducers.
  • Warranty registration card must be filled out in full and delivered to BrandMax via This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. for warranty to be in effect.
  • Warranty is nontransferable and applies only to original purchaser of machine.
  • Warranty does not cover normal wear to product.
  • Warranty does not cover damage during shipping, installation, misuse, abuse, and accidents.
  • All damage claims during shipping must be noted with the delivering company at the time of delivery. BrandMax must be notified within 24 hours. BrandMax does not warrant the product against shipping damage.
  • We reserve the right to make modifications without the need for prior notification and are not obligated to modify previously manufactured items.
  • Any attempt to modify machines from original condition will void warranty.
  • Any attempt to repair units by un-authorized technician or individual will void warranty.
  • We reserve the right to modify this program and/or requirements without prior notice.

Returns

  • Please contact BrandMax customer service This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. for a review authorization number. No returns accepted without a RA #.
  • Email to obtain RA# must include serial number, model number, proof of purchase, and reason for requesting return. We will respond with further instructions.
  • All return requests must be made within 5 days of receipt of goods.
  • All returns must be in original packaging, un-damaged and otherwise unaltered from 100% new condition for credit consideration.
  • All accessories, owners manual, etc. must be included.
  • We do not accept returns on used equipment.
  • No returns will be accepted after 30 days.
  • Approved returns are subject to a minimum 25% restocking charge.
  • We reserve the right to modify this program and/or requirements without prior notice.

Terms of Sale

  • All orders are FOB BrandMax warehouse.
  • For orders that are shipped via customer shipping account, customer will be responsible for any freight claims/shipping damage, declared values, insurance, etc.
  • If damage, shortage or loss occurs it must be noted at time of delivery and filed promptly with freight carrier. The claim is the responsibility of the customer. BrandMax does not warrant the product against shipping damage.
  • Please review specifications for BrandMax products prior to placing order. Purchaser bears responsibility of purchasing decision and/or errors.
  • Special order items and custom made products are not returnable for credit and require pre-payment for all charges including freight.
  • We reserve the right to modify this program, pricing and/or requirements without prior notice.
